Exporting Individually Processed Samples in FL Studio

So I'm chopping up some drums in Edison and, say I want to EQ and maybe add an LPF or something, how do I export this individual sample? Do I have to do it by putting it on the playlist and exporting or is there another way? Thanks.

You could leave the drum sample in Edison, add your FX in the space below Edison, add another instance of Edison, then just record in the second Edison and export out of that second Edison.

select your favorite chop.click file.click export as.

I usually open one instance of edison, chop the sample, save it as a new sample, then drag it to the playlist, route it to a bus, and then apply effects.
