List some of your favorite beats that could be considered either R&B or Hip-Hop. Sometimes these types of beats are used on R&B albums for tracks that have a rapper featured.

Or...

For example, I consider alot of Timbaland's early work in the 90's in this "crossover" category. Alot of the beats that he produced for early Aaliyah and Ginuwine albums, could also suit a rapper well.

Name some...

Bag Lady

- Chronic 2001
- Eryka Badu

Speaking of Dre...that reminds me of another example...that Truth Hurts feat. Rakim beat is another.

Another one that comes to mind right now is Lumidee feat. Busta Rhymes - Uh Oh

Another would be that Big Kuntry King feat. Trey Songz joint. People bag on that song but I love that beat.

jeezy ft. keyshia cole - dreamin.. i could kinda hear keyshia cole singing on that track by herself..

Also....almost anything by Danja. I was on his page over a year ago and he had some stuff that he did for some R&B group

Alot of the beats that JT uses, could also suit a rapper a la My Love feat. TI

(a group like Tribe Called Quest would kill this beat... jill scott killed it pretty damn good to)

couldnt find the De La Soul version
