Somebody Tell Me How To Remix Aaggh!!

Hi everyone, my gear consists of:

SOFTWARE Pro Tools & Reason (rewired)
HARDWARE Midi controller, Compressor, MBox, Mixer

Probably a limited set up compared to some but it works for me (up until now).

Can somebody tell me how to sync up a normal CD audio track to a faster or slower BPM...this is so I can start teaching myslef how to remix!!

I want to take an audio track at say, 85 BPM and play it along to a beat that Ive made in Reason that is at 110 BPM (example only) without compromising the sound qaulity or pitch!!

there is a program that is called elastic that can slow down or speed up the bpm of a track without messing with the pitch and stuff. you can use it in protools
