Radio Censorship

Im listnin to a kayslay show on z sh a re and for the life of me i cant figure out why they are not censoring the curse words? Im in cleveland and they catch everything on the delay thing. is this a NY thing or is this cuz its online?
 
i believe it's because it's online. i heard a dj at another station say that the "dump button" (what they use to dump audio they don't want to go out over the air) doesn't work for Internet streams.
 
What time is the show on? Over here they can cuss after 9 oclock.
