I'm just curious if anybody here ever makes porn music. I've been thinking about making music to f**k to and selling it to porn companies.

Does anybody have experience in the porn industry other than watching and masturbating?
 
Lol its funny you asked this.

I nearly had a contract to compose music for one of the biggest adult film companies, but it fell thru because i didnt live in the US.

You'll find most adult film producers just use library music as its the cheapest and easiest option. So there isnt much of a market there for music composer unless you work with publishing companies that do library music.

I'm starting to look into library music (aka production music), i've already done some freelance work for some national TV commercials over here. But i think right now my focus needs to stay with the music industry.

lol, I can give you a discog, but I don't know all the ones I did.

UGA Eye Candy DVD and Soundtrack is the only 1 I know by name. Did a bunch tho. If you like watching people f**k, you heard some of my work....

I shouldn't post that, now I feel like I leaked some dirt on myself.
 
Did you set it up through your manager or through personal contacts?

Anyways, most of the music portrayed in pornographic films are usually your regular jazz tracks, up temp rock, synth pop, rnb, and techno. A recent thing the are starting to do is have your everyday commercial music playing. Of course this originated when rap starts wanted to be apart of producing a pornographic film.

 
I dont know if I wanna associate my music with some guy getting his nut. It just doesnt sit well with me...:(

When I was 14 I stole eye candy refocused from the music warehouse. My parents found it and I told them it was one of my friends. So my dad told me to look in the trash. :D
