Does anyone have any tips on getting beats heard by established artists?

Hey, I'm new to the forum. I know the simple answer which is just keep grinding, work with local talent, give away free beats to build the brand, and say yes to every opportunity. In the past I have emailed several managers of artists and contacted artists them selves often getting no response back. If anyone has any thoughts, I'm listening.

There are some "middleman" services out there that link you with big artists or labels or various other opportunities. They'll charge you either a membership fee or a submission fee, and your beats will be forwarded (along with other producers' beats) to the client. Some people have success with these services - Others think they're a waste of money, which many of them probably are.
