how do you snare roll in reason like in a dirty south beat

double clik on the track opening it up to edit mode ( you see the midi notes large like its a scroll) select pencil tool and manually put in your snare beat ( the vertical keyboard on the left tells you what notes is the snare (slowing down the tempo helps)

but what if i want the bpm to be like 80 how do i make the snare roll faster

Manually put them in with your Midi controller when in record mode......The easiest way.....

or use the flam settings in the redrum sequencer
