MIDI File Editor for Win 98 Needed

Can anyone recommend a MIDI file editor/player program that runs on Win 98? I need to be able to change, add and delete MIDI events.

Well you can download a demo version of Cubase, or get the cheap CUBASIS VST.


Any midi sequencer will do the job. good luck!
