Transfer midi file to another computer?

Okay my question is... is there anyway possible for me to send a midi file to another computer?..... Say if I play a piano on logic studio and I want to send that piano midi file to someone who lives in another city.... how will I go about doing that?

render to midi then send it over msn, through email or upload it to a file host and send the link
