Sampling in FL Studio

Hey, ive been sampling for almost about a month, im getting the hang of it. I sample in FL Studio but my main problem is with the sample chops, and tempo. Whenever I wanna get it into fl studio i figure out the tempo, and get the chops there. Sometimes that chops dont fit right, and even with time stretch can be alittle off. Also, the drums when at a tempo other then 90 are hard as hell to make in the step sequencer.

How are the drums harder to make after 90 bpm? It works exactly the same. And you can make a sample that is no where near your tempo work. Its all how you chop and such. Practice, practice, practice.
