FL Exporting Wavs too large?

Hi im new here but had a question about exporting in FL. I usually have no problems exporting seperated wav files but recently i've noticed that instead of each track being around 40mb each, theyve now become 80-100mb each. Now this is not really a problem for me but an artist who i sent the files to for mixing said his engineer cant open them up in pro tools and that they're too large. Any help on how to make the wavs export smaller or any other solution? Thanks in advance.

Check ALL of your settings. ALL of them.

if the bitrate is at 32 bit float....that would make the files larger than 16 or 24...check to see if thats the problem...... i think pro tools allows u to load 32 bit files though..i think....... i know reason doesnt though

An even quicker solution is to reinstall FL.

Yea the bitrate is 32 bit float, so youre saying it should 16 bit int?

yeaa..since it seems the protools wont load the 32 bit.... or try to use another program.and rerender the tracks to 24 bit

studio engineerings say "32 bit for mixing n mastering" etc ..

but i think once the 16 bit files are loaded into pro tools it should automatically convert it to 32 bit...since all programs do processing at 32 bit....

thanks DJ just tried that and it brought the files back down to around 40mb
