Hi im switching from a motif es to a computer setup and wanted to get a midi controller that can take over most of the main motif functions. The main features im looking for is stop play record buttons, some faders and track select, a tempo and quantize control, a few knobs to tweak main effects, the ability to create a new track and select which vst to put on it and also the ability to select sounds from that vst. I want to be able to do all this stuff relatively easy all within the midi keyboard and not have to touch my mouse or keyboard at all. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

oh yea 88 weighted keys would be nice as well.

no i never heard of a quantize feature on a keyboard use must be just a buttun that quick quantizes

M-Audio Keystation Pro 88 has a truckload of rotaries, 8 faders and a bunch of buttons (including transport controls i think), 88 hammer action keys and it costs less than the 61 key Axiom Pro.

This is all assuming you don't need the automapping though.

Happy hunting
