what keyboard synthesizer that the neptunes use in their thack

its most likely a triton i did fronting on there and it sounds like it or maybe a motif but 90% sure its a triton.

It's a Triton. We did cover's of the song on their site. If you didn't know, they've been known to get Triton-happy. There's also a video of Chad using a ASR-10 on their site but their sampling the Triton and MS2000 sounds with Pharrell's voice for their NERD song that's on Clones.
 
I don't know software. You could get the samples of the sounds and use them in FL I guess. I just know the sound banks that I used on my Korg. But if you're just wanting to copy their style to be like them, I'd have to say chill and find your own style and sounds.
