Fender Rhodes Mark I or Mark II?

I'm looking to buy a Fender Rhodes.. but what's the difference between the Mark I and Mark II? So far the only thing I found different was the cosmetics.

They sound a bit different...but then again, most of the same model Rhodeses I've played sounded a bit different. Which sounds better is a completely personal preference.

another question. How much do Mark II's go around for? I think the Mark I's go for anywhere from 300 to 800... what about the Mark II?
