Well we can't really know whether you should buy it or not - if it's good, yes?

You'll need a phono preamp between the table & the MPC, either a standalone unit or a DJ mixer (they all have a phono pre).

You don't need a Technics for sampling - any turntable with a good needle/cartridge will do.
 
what turntable is it ?? you can pick one up for less then 75$ you dont need any thing special If your diggin aswell look up some portable turntables i use numark pt 01 thats a nice lil turntable you cna use it for taking with you when u go diggin aswell as sampling into your mpc
