The collective state of mind in the USA these days may be even more peculiar than what went on in Germany in the early 1930s, when the Nazis were freely elected to lead the country and reconstructed the battered national psyche into a superman cult that soon beat a path to mass death and ruin. America has its own way of going crazy. We don't goose-step to tragedy; we coalesce into an insane clown posse and stumble into it by pratfall -- juggaloes dancing backwards off the cliff edge.
We've been softened up and made extra-stupid on a 60-year-long diet of TV and kreme-filled donuts. Instead of a "master race," our political fantasies revolve around a master wish - to get something for nothing. Want to feel good about yourself? Smoke some crank. Want to become economically secure? Buy a Powerball ticket or drive to the local casino. Want political esteem? Plug a flag pin into your lapel. Want status? Borrow free money from the Federal Reserve at zero interest and arbitrage it into massive earnings for your primary dealer bank. All these behaviors are the consequence of a culture that elevated advertising to such a high social good, it ended up drowning in its own manufactured bullshit.

Honestly, I see no problems with America. It ain't perfect, but what country is? People can drop out of high school and still manage to scramble up enough money for TVs, a laptop, and a smartphone. People in other countries would die for the American life.
Today's times are no different than any other. Different people, same stories.
"Superman, Come Save Me" Syndrome
now read what I write closey Rome and others!!!Addressing the video -
Dogs bit my people, water hoses were turned on my people... but guess what ... I don't want to be paid for it or ask their grandkids to "give me something for what your GrandFather did!"
Oh you killed a nigger so what they aren't worth anything sub-humans they are
Whoa! we the same people, lol. My Dad didn't teach me shit! Tried to set me up with young girls so he'd have a reason to talk to their Mom's. I called him this past Father's Day and he still remembers their names. He used to teach me fighting moves and ish that would never work... they wore tight jeans back then so I could always see a knife in one back pocket and a .22 caliber in the other. People would argue with him face to face until the saw him put his hands on his hips, lol. They knew he had had enough of the "jawing" and as a kid... I knew things could go bad so the other dudes would change their tone.
I went home on military leave once and picked him up, hadn't seen him since I was 12. He said "Hey Son! Looking Good Boy! Looking like a young version of your ol man, take me by the liquor store..." I had a family friend in the car that was glad to see him and they were glad to see each other. The drinking started, the good times started and ... you know what happened next... the shit talking started. I'm driving and my Dad has that knife that he always kept in his left back pocket at our friends throat, lol. Our friend is saying "MAN! Get your DAD!"... I'm driving and they were talking shit, I don't intervene except to say "Dad, chill out..." I keep rollin' hittin' spots with my crazy ass Dad. We hit up a hoop court, everything is good... some other old dude come out. He knows this dude and they have history over some woman. They talk cordially... then guess what... as usual... SHIT GOES BAD! Dad has his hand on his right pocket, I'm in a bytches face and there's loud talking... I take Dad back home, lol. I ain't dealing with that shit. My friend is broke as hell so I have to feed this nigga beer.
Long story short... I paid $600+ the next day to go back to Germany and get the phuck outta there. I went to Duelles Air Force Base and tried to get on a MAC flight but couldn't so I slept on the ground in the parking lot using my duffle bag as a pillow and ended up flying out of Philly.
My Dad is good people though, he just made bad choices. When I asked him why he used to cheat on my Mom he said "I couldn't keep them bytches off of me..." lol.
I don't get this way normally. I thought everyone had a moral compass... wow
Living in the hood on welfare or trailer park is easier than getting an education and assimilating into mainstream America. The grass isn't greener in the suburbs.
I think your missing the point.
That isn't how the world works, everything comes at a price. It's the nagging feeling that deep down ruins folks. It's why were so accustomed to routine, indulgence, products, just anything that we can use to escape.
You look at what other countries go through in order to create this american dream and the comparison to nazi germany is very apparent.
I know the quote talks about USA, but this applies to all 1st world countries.
people would die for the american lifestyle and that's the problem.

You on that bullshit.
Life is tough. The only point of living in civilization is to have indulgences and escapes. You can go back to the Agrarian Age if you want. I will be right here goofing off on my computer and working hard to live a more indulgent life.
People been working to escape everyday struggles since the beginning of time.
Modern Civilization is basically taking everything that we have in abundance, locking it away and making it incredibly hard to achieve.
Back in the day there was the leader of the primitive men. Then there were kings and queens.
**** I AIN'T HAVE A KING OF A CASTLE IN MY FAMILY HISTORY
One time, one time somebody decided "ima be the king" and he became what he wished. While THE REST OF THE WORLD LET HIS WORLD SHAPE THEM
Think about it, the king determined life for all people.
And its the same way today. The kings up there make us live in the patterns THEY created. Shit ain't a team effort.
**** THAT SHIT. LETS ALL BE KINGS. WHO WITH ME ?
You think that way because you are Americanized.....just as I am.
