i bet that whole attitude would change if you had kids who had to view that ...and if its not a big deal than dont comment right? im commenting cuz it is a big deal to me and other clearly you dudes who dont care go lurk....

So when you have kids, your mind closes? I think the issue more here is that I'm not religious, at all. I don't get on any kind of moral high horse. Live and let live, I say. Until you violate the civil rights of another.

So when you have kids, your mind closes? .

When you have kids your mind changes to think about things that may affect your kid - even if it doesn't bother you. (well... it should)

You think about things you never had to deal with before.

This only applies to people that are in relationships where they can have kids...

... and here we go again with the "cares about", people are just posting their opinions because of the thread topic. Nobody sits around and dwells on this all day.

They should make a list of the most overused / ridiculous internet comebacks...

believe me religion plays no part on how i think at all its just not right too me thats my personal preferance ... and another person preferance of me and my gf is to not have kids nothin to do with anything just not for me. But i can assure you if my sister had kids and 2 guys were kissing in front of them id absolutely say something whether the parents wanted to acknowledge it or not when the kids are adults or in there teens sure i wont say shit but not when its monkey see monkey do and there so young and impressionable....

Taking a stand against what? A 15-second TV clip?? Much easier to get over it. You think you're giving up some righteous cause if you just move on and live YOUR life? If this is the stuff keeping you up at night.......

Yes, it is easier. But is it the right way, you gotta ask yourself. And LMAO @ this keeping me up at night. We're having a discussion on a forum, you have your argument and I have mine. That is all.

Don't try to downplay anything. The Blacks on TV reference was silly because if there were blacks on TV they wouldn't be committing any kind of "un-natural act" (or eluding to one). If the people were just on TV and not doing anything, not many would have a problem with it.

As far as the going to work living a regular life thing, there are social norms all over the place. If you saw a dude jogging with his shirt off while you were driving to work - no news. If it were a women jogging with her shirt off - NEWS!. You get what I'm saying you just don't want to acknowledge it, you'll have a confession in about three posts. So take my example and apply it to TV, you can see a dude on an Old Spice commercial with his shirt off, nobody cares... women doing the same thing has to be shown on a Pay Per View channel. Don't talk just to be talking. You know what we mean.

Didn't downplay anything. I still believe you let someone live their life, until your rights as mankind are violated. I don't think "rights" includes religious morals. That's all I can really say.

Yep, it's just like leaving work and going home. Two different places with different people, all that.

Let me show you something about online... you have to use your noodle.

my brother and sister were so deeply into world of warcraft a couple of years ago they would miss meals with my mom and when i saw them type to there friends they would have to put "IRL" in real life...when talking or noone would understand my brother was even gonna move into a house full of people in another country he met off of that game...scary shit and of course being the big mean older brother i am i stepped in and "hated" on what they were doing

Would you like to see people bangin' in McDonalds or would you rather they wait until they were behind closed doors...

Well, I have the right to be disgusted by some things. Does that mean I have to adapt? **** no.

Some people in this thread are so deep in the closet they're finding old linens and Christmas presents.

You fellas take it easy. I'm gonna go watch Urban Justice, looks like a pretty good movie.

1. If two people WERE, in fact, banging at McDonald's, I wouldn't care if they were gay or straight. 2. I don't equate that with kissing in a commercial or on a billboard or even in front of my eyes or my nieces'. I'd tell my nieces, "they're gay. that's them."
That's me. Like I said, can't say much more.

lolol

The bad part is that they're ashamed of it... if they felt so adamantly that there's nothing wrong with it... why be ashamed of it?

Some want it to be accepted so the feeling of shame will go away, that's the only fight involved.

"Bigg Rome is going to pick on me... boohooo... he's a bad man..."
