Which Monitors to buy?

Hi FPs

I was wondering which set of studio monitors I should go with.

I'm either thinking the Yamaha HS80M or the KRK Rokit 8 G2.

Which one would you recommend and why? Or would you say I should go with something else entirely (somewhat similar price range)?

From What Ive Read, Id Go With The Yamaha's, There Meant Be Brilliant, But To Be Honest Im In The Same Situation Myself, On The Market For New Monitors.. Looking At Samson Rubicons?

KRK's seem to be really popular. I think they are OK but you will see them in both home and high-end studios.

They have a decent number of model's too. Check out ZZounds and Guitar Center.
