Streaming Link

Hey guys - i was after a quick bit of help please. A record compnay has asked for a demo off me and when i asked what format (i.e. MP3, soundcloud link) they replied 'streaming links only please'.

what doest that mean? sorry to be a dunce but anything more techincal than sending over a link/attachment and i'm lost

It simply means that they don't want to download anything. Soundcloud should be fine.
