hey fp wats up? Quick question about samples. is it possible to speed up a sample so that it plays faster almost like chipmunk but say your project tempo of your track is at 90. also if u can do this, how would you do this fl or ableton cause thats wat i use.

Whatsup Drought. I am assuming you want to change the pitch of the sample but keep it at the same tempo.
This is called transposing.

Use this function with caution, if you push it too far you will get audio distortion (artifacts)

yeah, it's called pitch domain convolution or transposition

many tools out there many that also fail on the free and cheap end of the market - mostly because their algorithms do not like long sample lengths - the longer the sample the worse the errors
