Opinion about computer specs i come up with

Hi,
I wish to know your opinion about a PC specification for a professional music studio.
The budget at my disposal is 2500$ with the possibility of a small deviation if necessary.
The computer designed mainly to work on VST - VST INSTRUMENTS & EFFECTS (WAVES plugins, NI, EWQL and more ...), but also to record vocals here and there.
My sound card is FOUCSRITE SAFFIRE 56 (FireWire), and the software I work with is CUBASE 5 64 bit.

I come up with the following specs (HDD not included in purpose):

* CPU: Core i7 3820 Intel i7 Sandy Bridge-E 3.6-3.8GHz/10MB 4 Cores/HT/Turbo

* MOTHERBOARD: Gigabyte X79-UD5

* MEMORY: 32GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600 (4x8GB) Quad Channel

* CPU COOLING: Noctua NH-U12P

* GPU: Saphire-FleX-HD-6450

* PSU: Cooler Master Silent Pro 1000W

* CASE: fractal-design Define XL USB 3.0 black pearl [Is this case OK?]

* firewire card: SIIG FireWire 2-Port PCIe (I read it's better not to use the onboard fw)



Is it good, noiseless -+?

The specs you show are I think very impressive and accurate forany computer user.I think you should check some more computers specs with their prices. For this purpose you should visit the link computersspecs,com. Here you can see different computers specs with their prices and free download drivers with much more........
