NEED HELP - FL Studio 12 Playback & Recording Issue

So every time I hit play or record in FL studio 12 it jumps to the 39th bar and doesn't playback synced the way I recorded it. I'm using an MPD 26 for transport if that makes a difference. Thanks.
 
I've had a similar issue when my usb audio interface gets disconnected. Out of curiosity, what asio device are you using?

I usually have to quit FL, reconnect my device, and start FL up again.
