I can see the advantages of sequencing on both Software and Hardware, but I am going to agree with Xabition. I like the menus and how everything is accessible right in the MPC or most hardware pieces. Software is a very powerful thing and my main issue is my ADD having ass just gets sidetracked and I lose momentum. Hardware for me keeps things moving and I don't get too lost in the options, because in most cases there isn't as many options, which I suppose can be good and bad, but for it is Mos Def a good thing!

Software is opening a whole new world for me and most producers, musicians, but I often find that it confuses the issue by giving me access to things that I don't need. Not too mention, the Oh, I should go check my e-mail factor! LOL!

I agree for the most part. I for the most part sequence in hardware. I like the feel better.

Man 16 tracks is what I like to keep most of my mixes down to.

damn I dont think Ive ever used all 8 tracks in my EPS lol

Lol yeah I did a beat with 5 tracks and I loved it.
