Just started on a house track, 2nd attempt at producing House music. A bandmate told me to look into sampling some dope/funky sounding tracks from the olden days.
For drums and everything i would recommend vengeance. They got some really nice sample packs.
I use reason to produce and the vengeance sample pack is used for every single beat i make.
i'm not a huge house listener but i don't mind it and i have heard some very dope house songs with samples. for house i'd suggest 70's era funk and disco maybe even a break?
