Is there any software that does the opposite of karaoke and rips the music away from cd's leaving only the vocals?

I think that's much harder to do.... Insted of trying to remove the frequency from from one sound. ie.) VOICE, you are trying to remove a much wider range of frequencies. ie.) BASS, MELODY, PERCUSSION. Try getting your hands on some accapella's.
