Looking for engineer

Hey everyone. I am an aspiring producer and have been learning the past couple years. Like many of you I have learned how time consuming it is to tackle producing/mixing/mastering. I am looking for somebody that can mix my tracks and possibly help me with arranging as well. Preferably somebody in Ohio (Sandusky) area so we can link up but not opposed to doing it all thru the Internet. If you have a degree or some type of schooling even better. I currently use maschine.
