It's overcompressed, and it sounds like you haven't used any highpassing on the reverbs at all, making the bass muddy (especially at a club I would guess).

I'm more than fed up with the standard prog house genre, but nonetheless the production is okay. The trance piece is what I like the most I think, minimalistic. Maybe after that part you should let the acapella kick in later. Not instantly on top volume, just let the vocal rise?
