Learn theory by learning piano and songs. It will make these concepts stick faster when you can both hear them and play them. Its like trying to learn to cook by watching the food channel and reading cookbooks. None of it won't matter if you're not in the kitchen.
What do you mean by learning songs? I don't have the money to pay for Piano lessons. I do have a MIDI Keyboard though? Any good websites you can recommend or youtube?
