How to make my old midi keyboard work ?

Hi !
I've just found my old midi Keyboard that I want to re-use. It's a target TRG-MK10

Now, it uses an old connection that doesn't work on my computer. That's why I just tried to use the gh MIDI adapter I had with my guitar hero game (MIDI to USB)

The problem is that my computer installs the official driver which was made for the guitar hero drums.

So my questions are :
Is there a way to install a driver that will make my keyboard work with this cable or should I buy another MIDI to USB cable ?
In that case, what cable do you recommand ?
