I want to make drums like this but I don't know how, sounds like something crunching and like a windchime sort of thing
Instead of using regular drum sounds use found sounds instead.....raid the cutlery draw and record things like the toaster popping up for example.
Sounds good, I don't have any recording devices though, any you'd recommend?
What do you sequence from? Also do you find drum-breaks from sample packs or?Doing combinations of drum-breaks and self sequenced drumloops works best for me.
It's a folder within the pack itself? Could you show me some exmaples?Vengeance Electro Essentials has got a section in it dedicated to "real recordings" some of them sound amazing
I don't really understand what you're asking for.
1. Search for samples you like
2. Arrange them in a way you like
3. Add typical processing to your taste. Reverb, EQ, distortion/saturation etc.
Those sounds are not made from scratch. They're either sampled or recorded. Some of the windchime sounds have been reversed.
