How to get the cleanest young chop snare?

It doesn't sound like much is done to the snare. Might be as simple as choosing samples. Using EQ to adjust the sound of whatever snares you have might help them sound more like the one used in the video.
 
It could take a while but search a few different drum kits and you should be able to find that exact one that sounds mixed already.
