how to get songs from mpc to computer?

What version of the MPC do you have? Depending on the version you have you can possibly transfer a 2-track via usb.

You can always use the OUTPUTS on the back of the MPC...

This is explained in detail in your manual

ya use the outputs. for a bare bones, somewhat crappy sounding approach you can just use the headphone jack and a cord with a jack, that only costs like 7 bucks but you're much better off using the outputs.
