How is this bass made? Glide, filters or modulation?

Been experimenting with trying to re-create this bass sound and cant figure out how its done. I can get a sound that kind of comes close but it still sounds bad. Im interested in the movement of the sound and how its done

Is it created by glide, filters or some other type of modulation?
