dope, It'd be better if the snare was a tiny bit sharper.
That extra bit of pop is enough to give the lo-fi another "level" and makes the track have a thicker atmosphere.
But it's still not so big that it takes away the chillness of the lo-fi aspect, at least IMO.
I'm in a collective wherein most of my peers make lo-fi beats, so I hear them a lot and this is damn good.
Just some subtle layers on top of the sample would do it a bit of good if you ask me.
Good work.

MF doom is one of my favorite rappers, think you done a good job making it. Synth is interesting, think the percussion elements could be more present, like growing the closed hi hat volume, and perhaps putting some kind of open hi-hat. I like how the lyrics match with the beat vibe. Could you check any track on my soundcloud please?
this has a kool vibe to it - the kicks also sound nice!!

thank you! left feedback on your thread.Good effort, I like what you've done here. This definitely has that crunchy lo-fi feel to it, good job on that - must be difficult to get it right, especially if this is your first time. Very reminiscent of something Earl Sweatshirt would work with. The vocals are actually a little low in the mix in my eyes, I'd turn them up a bit as they're currently drowned out a bit (especially by the kick). Speaking of the kick, it feels a little muddy, I'd look at throwing a filter on it to give it a bit more texture in the high end. I like the panning on the hats, works really well, sounds awesome in my headphones.
Could you check my latest track out in return please? Thread is here; https://www.futureproducers.com/for...h-etc/deliver-us-classic-boom-bap-f4f-526045/
