Best mastering plugins!

Hi im starting in this music & producer world and mi questions are geting bigger, now dont have one, but soon i will be asking. hoppe you profesional producer can help me. And get to know some great musicians & producers.

Questions
1. whish are the best mastering plugins?

2. Im using FL studio and i make a bit i want to master it, i got to master the bit first and then introduce the vocals or make the bit introduce the vocal and then master it all togheter?

I'm just a n00b myself, but I'll throw in my 2 cents, at least: When you're "mastering", you're preparing a final edition of a recording. I think what you're really trying to do is mix the track. So, since you're doing most of the music in FL, mix that, then record the vocal track and mix it. Then mix the two of them. Once you have a good mix, then you're ready to move on to mastering it.
