Current recording setup is as follows:
21" LED iMac
M-Audio Fast Track Pro
dbx 166XL Compressor/Limiter/Gate
Art Tube MP Project Series
Audio Technica AT-4050
Prime Acoustic Voxguard

I worked with a dbx 166XL on a Shure KSM-27 for over 5 years, in a treated booth or an untreated lobby.
Need some tips on compressor and gate settings to eliminate any room noise in vocal recordings.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

If its already been recorded your k ind of stuck with the sound. Try just adjusting the gate a bit but realistically it'll still be there.
