Long-time Lox fan checking. I've been listen since they was in shiny suits doing songs with Mariah Carey lol.
The beat is nasty overall. Bass line was good. The only thing I wasn't feeling was the snare drum used. I think it would sounds better with something beefier with more mids in it. The snare used feel too much like a dirty south track. The only thing I would add is maybe a drop for a bar or half a bar at end of Jada's verse.
The melody was good and I really like the instrument you used for it. What vst is that?
I'd say this was 7/10 but tbh while the beat is good, it isn't a beat I'd envision the LOX rapping over. Good work tho brother.
