I'll say first that this pays great homage to the original song. You used the source material well.
I really like the way tension builds through the first 1:30, but I would have liked to hear that tension built up even better by some brief 8 measure percussion builds throughout, and the tension lasts 20 seconds too long. Would have loved to hear the first drive at 1:30 with a climax at about 2:30, followed by the first drop. The second drop is a little too long, especially since the first tension relief section is pretty short.
Overall, great work. I'd just like to hear this pumped up a little with some arrangement work. All the elements are there for sure.
