hi there, am looking to starting an artist managament company, but for now on stuck at the business plan, i have don some re search on this industry.
but i would like to ask any experts on this site.
if some one was asking for advice (like me).
what would be your way of starting up a company like this one.

seriously, setting up a management company isn't that hard. I really suggest talking to an entertainment lawyer (not any lawyer, an entertainment lawyer. there is a big difference)
