I saw an episode of this last night and it was pretty great. Producers and arrangers covered from Phil Spector to Dr. Dre; lots of artist and producer interviews, discussions of styles and techniques. Catch it if you can.

There is a DVD and a book available; might be a nice (but somewhat expensive) ask for Christmas or some other holiday...
