I wish people would stop using the term "lease"... it is not the proper term and anybody using it will look like an idiot if they are ever in a professional situation.

The proper term is "license".

I always use 'non-exclusive licence' for leasing/lease licence. What other terms do you use people?

I agree, you need to tell the buyer what type of samples you used. And just saying, you can adapt your contact to your sample type, just be always honest with buyers because they are the ones who keep you alive.
