Not sure, but most likely someone in Korea!.. PSY or Yoo Gun-Hyung might have just done the mix themselves. That would explain why you're having such a hard time with your search.

Yeah I had looked at the wiki and found out about Too Gun-Hyung but no luck on mixing. I'd love to know where he recorded too.
