mix cd as one file

hi,i have a few mix cds i did way back.
they have track ids on them,i/e u can flick thru the track numbers.
i want to put each cd as one mp3 file to upload to mixcloud
i done a couple of them a few years back,but for the life of me i cant remember how.
any suggestions?

Just don't put any track markers in.
