Is it a program yall use to rip the lyrics from the instrumental to like cut samples? Or is that impossible since everything is compressed??

This was an added feature to Beetmaker 2.5.
In all seriousness, no. You can always fiddle with a sample to try to make certain things pop out more than others but there is nothing that would do this perfectly/cleanly as you may have in mind. EQ, Compressors and Filters are your best bet.
