Congrats! I'm sure you have learned a lot and are getting ready to show the world your stuff. I have no idea where you are going to school, but if they aren't offering any business courses, I'd suggest you supplement your studies with some of that information one way or the other. Having some skills, on top of your God-given creativity, is only half the battle, if you will be trying to make a living from music & sound. Probably much less than half, considering some of the "talent" that is out there. Learn business, and how to count any money you are blessed to make. If you don't, someone will be happy to count for you, and they may apply different formulas than you would.
