Is Modern Beats.com a serious Company?

Hey Guys, my question is, "is modern beats a serious Company" ?
On there Homepage they talk from other Superstars like Timbo,florida,beyonce etc.. who uses their samples but i never found any sample in their sample packs which simiiliars to the Songs of flo etc....
Nevertheless my main question is if Song Submit from ModernBeats is serious too,
I get every second day an email from song submit that you can give youre tracks to them by uploading it and they send it to tv commercials and big labels,
you got to pay 20 dollars for an upload, but at the end you get a 20 coupon for modern beats but you can only use it if you buy sth about 50 dollars, this is very strange?!?!
Can someone plays enlight me?

Hey man, I've used song submit from modern beats before. The last time I submitted (a few days ago) I actually got forwarded to Bravo TV, so I think they're pretty serious. They're hit reports sometimes have some solid info in them too. Check em out.. some sounds aint bad, a lot better than most shit on the net, but nothing life-changing
