I have been using a program called CD Wave. It's fairly easy to use, just load your .wav file and split it where you want.

Goldwave and Cooledit.

Both of these programs allow you to record up to a 4Gbyte file in one continuous recording. Then just cut and save as seperate .WAVs, then burn to CD.(Using Disc-at-Once - this stops the 2sec gap automatically being put in.)
Cooledit is Shareware and Goldwave is the trial version, but if this is all you want to do, it's the business!
