I have bought a volt 2 from universal audio , when i connect it to my main mac and set it up in logic Pro and try to listen the audio via the HP output ( i use a 1/4 to 1/8 adapter) on the volt what i hear are just distorted and glitched sounds from my track . But i tried to open the same project and do the same thing on my macbook (m1) and i don't have this issues . Someone could help me? or someone it's in my same situation ? I have tried to switch usb port , change the sample rate to 44.1 to 48 kHz and I don't think its the adapter the problem.

Is your volume at max volume? If so try turning the volume down.

Did you try with a different pair of headphones?

Did you try with a different USB cable? Are you using the supplied USB cable?

It should just work.

Also make sure you installed the VOLT driver

I don't know what is, will by exclusion see possibilities:
1. Drivers... sometimes an older or updated one solves the issue;
2. systems: see about your macOS, try another version if possible, newer or older (while using an older MacBook, my UMC404HD had severe glitches about macOS 10.11, macOS 10.12 & macOS 10.13; don't know why. When I was using this Mac I was using after these issues macOS up to 10.10 or 10.9 preferably, none issues.)
