Have you tried Hard to Find Records in Birmingham?
Can't vouch for their supply of dub records, but they seem to have a very wide range of genres in there. The site is fully searchable:

I have listened to Jah Skaka live and on Vinyl and when he plays live it is far more dubby and dark. I have had a look on htfr.co.uk but their Dub looks quite limited.
Anywhere that specializes in dub/reggae??
