I like it !
The bells give a dreamy atmosphere, the drums are simple but effective and very well panned, the melody is catchy and transmits a good vibe.
I just find the sound a bit repetitive despite the few variations in the melody, but that wouldn't be a problem with a rapper posing on it !

Yo man, it sounds dope, I mean I love the vibe it transmits. Maybe a little more switch-ups wouldn't be that bad, cause after a minute or 2 it might become a little boring, but overall great job!
